Ranger Training: Rewilding Projects & Human-Wildlife Conflicts
March 25 - March 29
We are pleased to invite you as rangers of our member organisations to our training with focus on Rewilding (European bison) and Conflict Management between Local Communities and Large Carnivores in cooperation with the Romanian Ranger Association. The three days of training will focus on reintroduction programmes, monitoring large carnivores and best practice to solve conflicts.

- Conflicts between wild animals and humans, solutions and ways of action
- Rewilding European Bison
- Monitoring Linx, Wolf and Bear
- Information policy
Arrival Day: 25 March 2024
Training Days: 26 to 28 March 2024
Departure Day: 29 March 2024
Accommodation: Wittmann Bed & Breakfast, Obița
Arrival/Departure: To get to the accommodation on 25 March and back on 29 March, a shuttle will be provided from/to Arad train station and Timișoara Airport
Course Fee: 100,- Euro (incl. accommodation, meals, transfer from/to Arad train station or Timișoara Airport and training fee)

Potluck dinner & Badges for exchange: It would be nice if the participants bring some typical food or drinks from their home countries for a potluck dinner. Also, bringing some spare badges of their association or protected area for exchanging would be great.
