The Portuguese Ranger Association and the regional government of the Azores islands have recently established a new Junior Ranger program. Congratulations to all, who helped to make this possible. This is a great example of the collaboration between the Portuguese Ranger Association APGVN and the Governo dos Azores.
This new Junior Ranger program across all 9 Azores islands demonstrates the great engagement of the Governo dos Azores and the APGVN and comes as a result of ERF presentations and workshops by members of the Portuguese Ranger Association APGVN together with positive exchanges between several European Ranger associations with the goal of extendiung the implementation of JR programs in more regions and protected areas all over Europe.
